What’s all this about?

An intermittently employed jazz musician, originally from Australia, I’ve called picturesque Jersey City, New Jersey, home since 2004. Most nights I’m out in NYC till 5 or 6 in the morning, but when I get a night off, I use those early hours for kitchen adventures. I have zero culinary training, and a woefully inadequate kitchen, but I can barrel through a recipe, and I’ll give anything a crack. It’s mostly game, seafood, and offal that gets my boat a-floatin’.
